With a deep passion to drive careers of various individuals, he moved out of corporates to start this venture when he was just 25 yrs. With his strengths, he was able to deliver, value added service to the clients in giving the most appropriate candidates for selection. Hari V P Rao, President & COO is a seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of rich experience in handling the entire gamut of the function and a specialist in Talent Acquisition. A Double Gold Medallist from Bharadhidasan University, a Chief Minister awardee & was also recognized as the “Student of the decade” by the University. In addition to MSW (PMIRLW), Hari holds PG Diplomas in Labour Laws, PGDHRM & R&D. A BEI certified behavioural interviewer and a Six Thinking Hats & Lateral thinking professional. With his rich experience in Volume & Niche hiring, he along with his able team has hired over 20K professionals ranging from new graduates, junior to senior level professionals in all segments of IT, ITES, NIT, Product and Niche skills in India and other geographies including US, APAC, Middle East and European countries.

Apart from multiple awards and recognitions that he received, Microsoft’s “Backbone Award” from the top management of Microsoft for outstanding performance needs a special mention. Hari has worked in various leadership capacity in world renown organizations like Reliance, Tata Consultancy Services, Microsoft, Genpact and his last assignment was with Tech Mahindra as Vice President & Global Head of Talent Acquisition based out of Hyderabad before he moved on to become an entrepreneur investing in his strengths to nurture talent continuously. Being a Promoter of Career Drivers, he manages overall business strategies & operations.

Kiran Babu Thandra, VP Talent Acquisition is an incisive Staffing professional with 15 years plus of experience in leading talent acquisition across multiple business segments. He is a certified Behavioural interviewer and holds a diploma in computer software and technology in addition to his Graduation in Science.

Having worked at large corporate such as KonyLabs, Salesforce, Bank of America, Microsoft, his urge to become an entrepreneur, got him to spearhead his venture a recruitment agency, NeoVision Solutions (NVS India) before he got associated with Career Drivers.

He is a strong strategic planner with profound ability to create and execute talent acquisition plans to meet Technology Hiring Demands across product companies for their Platform Engineering Divisions.

Vineel Nalla is the CEO of Wavelabs Technologies and the Founder of 50K Ventures. Vineel has an experience of over 20 years and worked with various organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

With a deep passion for nurturing ideas and startups, Vineel has put together a startup accelerator program, a platform where enthusiastic people come together to share ideas and build MVPs at a record pace. Nalina Srinath is a PGDM from T A Pai Management Institute (a Top 10 Management Institute in the country) with two decades+ experience in Executive Search and Recruitment Consulting.

She was associated with TMI Network, Mafoi Management Consultants (now Randstad India), Executive Track Associates and most recently with Headhunters India P.Ltd. as a Senior Partner. She had a brief stint of working on the other side of the table heading Recruitment as GM for a Denver based IT offshore services company. She was in an entrepreneurial role for 7 years to balance career and home for two growing children.

She has helped corporates in both IT and non IT domains for Leadership hiring, partnering with CEO’s, Founders, MD’s pan India and overseas.

She is passionate about executive search for CXO positions and has had successful conversions for very niche and critical mandates.

Her key differentiator is a 360 degree consultative approach which has enabled her to build long standing sustainable relationships in the industry.
